Kuwait City: Malankara Orthodox youngest Metropolitan and head of Bengaluru Diocese, HG Dr Abraham Mar Seraphim, turns 43 on December 28, Wednesday.
The Metropolitan is presently away in Kuwait as part of Christmas, New Year and Epiphany celebrations at the Kuwait City church.
Dr Mar Seraphim’s vision is to make the Orthodox folk spiritually alive and love and respect God.
As His Grace shepherds his young diocese with grace, the faithful must extend their unstinting support. Working untiring for the upliftment of the society through His spiritual missions, Dr Mar Seraphim has rightly visualised the urgent need to nurture the requirements of the vast migrant youth of the diocese.
As His Grace leads, he needs prayers, blessings and support of all. Pray that the ministry of Dr Mar Seraphim is strengthened abundantly and he works to further the kingdom of God.

On his birthday, Dr Mar Seraphim will lead the Holy Eucharist at the St Gregorios Orthodox Maha Edavaka, Safat, (Kuwait City church) in the evening. The vicar and committee members of the church will cut the cake at the parsonage in the morning.
